Par la libéralisation de la recherche sur les cellules souches embryonnaires et l’embryon, sa marchandisation jadis inconcevable devient potentielle. Ce faisant, l’embryon humain se situe désormais aux périphéries du droit patrimonial et aux confins du phénomène de marchandisation.
