N2  - Résumé La procédure d’hospitalisation psychiatrique sous contrainte apparaît en augmentation. Pour autant, de nombreuses atteintes aux droits des patients admis en soin sans consentement sont aujourd’hui dénoncées. Le législateur est donc intervenu le 14 décembre 2020, afin d’améliorer la garantie qui leur est offerte, en introduisant un dispositif de contrôle judiciaire des mesures d’isolement et de placement sous contention.
