N2  - Résumé : L’accouchement à domicile n’est pas interdit. Le cadre juridique existant permet au champ de compétences de plusieurs professionnels de l’accompagner. De plus, le libre choix des personnes est un des éléments fondamentaux de la relation de soin depuis la loi du 4 mars 2002 relative aux droits des malades et à la qualité du système de santé. Pour autant, des obstacles à sa réalisation minimisent les missions des professionnels ou instituent le fait qu’un accouchement à domicile entrerait en contradiction avec une norme consistant à faire venir au monde dans un établissement de santé.Abstract: Give birth at home is not forbidden. A legal framework does exist and unable many professionals to practice this acts. What’s more, the free choice of the persons is one of the fundamental element of the medical relationship since the law 4 march 2002 about the rights of the patients and the quality of the health system.
