N2  - Résumé :La nouvelle loi de bioéthique du 2 août 2021 a profondément modifié les règles régissant l‘accès à la procréation médicalement assistée, en l’ouvrant aux couples de femmes et aux femmes seules. Ce faisant, cette loi a rompu avec une longue tradition qui regardait l’assistance médicale à la procréation non comme une médecine de convenance mais au service de couples formés d’un homme et d’une femme souffrant d’une infertilité pathologique tout en offrant à l’enfant à naître un accueil au sein d’une famille plénière constituée d’une mère et d’un père d’engagement. Les conséquences de la réforme sont nombreuses, en particulier sur le terrain de la filiation. La loi nouvelle a également amplifié la disponibilité pour la recherche de l’embryon humain issu de la PMA, brisant même certains garde-fous pour valider en ce domaine les recherches en génétique les plus récentes.Mots-clés :Assistance médicale à la procréation – Procréation médicalement assistée – Enfant à naître – Filiation – Embryon humain – Recherche – GénétiqueAbstract :The new bioethics law of August   2021 has profoundly modified the rules governing access to medically assisted reproduction, opening it to couples of women and to single women. In doing so, this law broke with a long tradition that considered medically assisted procreation not as a medicine of convenience but at the service of couples formed by a man and a woman suffering from pathological infertility while offering the unborn child a welcome within a full family made up of a mother and a father of commitment. The consequences of the reform are numerous, especially in the field of filiation.
