N2  - RésuméLe retour d’expériences des patients, familles, proches aidants, professionnels et administrateurs de santé sur la pandémie du SARS-COV-2 met en lumière un panel comportemental et émotionnel diversié ainsi que la présence de dilemmes éthiques, variant selon la place de chacun et la temporalité de la crise. Toutes les strates des institutions sanitaires et médico-sociales ont été impactées, venant générer des syndromes de désadaptation chez les acteurs du soin et les usagers. Ces témoignages montrent la mise en tension des valeurs du soin, des principes du care, un ressenti de déshumanisation, la négation des fondements du lien humain avec la distanciation sociale, sorte de «phobie – folie du toucher» qui s’est installée autour des malades et des mourants.
