N2  - Résumé L’Ordre national des infirmiers a organisé le colloque digital « Vingt ans après la loi Kouchner, où en sont les droits des usagers ? » afin de faire le bilan sur les droits des usagers vingt ans après l’entrée en vigueur de la loi du 4 mars 2002. Cet écrit retrace les propos tenus lors des différentes tables rondes auxqulles ont participé les experts suivants : Patrick Chamboredon, François Vialla, Gérard Raymond, Alexandra Fourcade, Yves Doutriaux, Olivier Smallwood, Stéphanie Rist, Bruno Py, Frédéric Vezinhet, Vincent Lautard, Sophie Beaupère, Béatrice Noëllec, Rudy Chouvel, Amah Kouevi. AbstractThe National Order of Nurses organized the digital colloquium “Twenty years after the Kouchner law, where are the rights of users?” in order to assess the rights of users twenty years later the coming into force of the law of March 4, 2002.
