N2  - RésuméLa loi no 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021 relative à la bioéthique consacre un droit d’accès aux origines pour les personnes conçues grâce à une insémination avec tiers donneur. La consécration de ce droit suppose le recueil, la conservation, et la transmission de données identifiantes et non identifiantes relatives au donneur. Celui-ci doit d’ailleurs donner son consentement, faute de quoi le don ne pourra avoir lieu.
