N2  - RésuméAu cours de la pandémie de covid-19, l’instauration de l’état d’urgence sanitaire a donné lieu à de nombreuses injonctions destinées à restreindre les rituels et les cérémonies funéraires, de nature à porter atteinte au respect, à la dignité et à la décence qui sont dus au cadavre.
