N2  - RésuméEn 2021, le nombre d’étudiants admis dans les formations de médecine, maïeutique, odontologie et pharmacie a globalement augmenté de 15,5 % par rapport à la rentrée universitaire de 2020. Si la filière médecine a enregistré une hausse des admis de 19,5 %, à l’inverse, la filière pharmacie confirme son manque d’attractivité. En 202  le défaut de recrutement des étudiants en pharmacie est devenu une réalité dans plusieurs universités. Or, au regard des modalités de détermination des capacités d’accueil des étudiants en deuxième année de pharmacie, un défaut persistant de recrutement serait préjudiciable au bon fonctionnement du système de santé. Le présent travail se propose d’analyser la réforme du premier cycle des études de santé, prise en application de la loi n° 2019-774 du 29 juillet 2019 relative à l’organisation et à la transformation du système de santé, afin d’appréhender les dispositions préjudiciables à l’attractivité des études pharmaceutiques et de proposer des adaptations.Mots-clésPASS/LAS – Pharmacie – Protection de la santé – Études de santé – Système de santéAbstractIn 2021, the number of students admitted to medicine, midwifery, dentistry and pharmacy programs has increased by 15.5% overall compared to the start of the 2020 academic year.
