AB  - Résumé : Par arrêt du 20 février 2024, la cour d’appel de Dijon a indemnisé les conséquences dommageables d’une hospitalisation d’office, devenue soins psychiatriques sur décision du représentant de l’État, qui a perduré plus de sept ans en allouant à la victime 190 000 euros. Cette condamnation prononcée contre l’État et le centre hospitalier d’accueil repose sur les irrégularités de la procédure depuis son origine et sur son mal fondé.
