C’est l’occasion de revenir sur la manière dont la jurisprudence caractérise cette infraction.Abstract: In its decision of 25 February 2025, the Paris Criminal Court ruled that Philip Morris and its former chairman were criminally liable for unlawful tobacco advertising.
