AB  - Résumé1La présente étude examine, à la lumière des objectifs de développement durable (ODD 3 et 5 principalement), les fondements de l’autonomie reproductive dans un cadre bioéthique et normatif contemporain. Elle met en évidence les tensions juridiques, sanitaires et éthiques entre la liberté personnelle, notamment en matière de santé sexuelle (avortement et contraception), et les impératifs collectifs de santé publique. En excluant toute considération religieuse, l’analyse s’appuie sur une approche rationnelle et interdisciplinaire mêlant droit international et national, biomédecine, éthique, politique et sciences sociales. L’objectif est double : promouvoir la démocratisation du débat juridique sur la reproduction humaine par le droit à l’information et offrir des outils d’évaluation critique des politiques reproductives à l’échelle mondiale. It highlights the legal, health-related, and ethical tensions between personal freedom—particularly in matters of sexual health (abortion and contraception)—and the collective imperatives of public health. Excluding any religious considerations, the analysis relies on a rational and interdisciplinary approach that combines international and domestic law, biomedicine, ethics, politics, and the social sciences. The aim is twofold: to promote the democratization of the legal debate on human reproduction through the right to information, and to provide tools for the critical assessment of reproductive policies on a global scale.
