Mots-clésSanté – Droit international/mondial – Théorisation – Approche conceptuelle et approche normative – RGDMAbstractSince its inception, the RGDM has been actively involved in advancing knowledge of and promoting international health law, a field that has long been misunderstood, if not ignored. This branch of health law and of general international law which is in fact essential, is now beginning to develop. This field, which has also become a discipline in its own right, constitutes a modern body of law now referred to as “global health law”. However, it still faces a number of limitations. The author of this article, who is considered a pioneer in this field, takes stock of these developments here.KeywordsHealth – International/Global Law – Theoretical Framework – Conceptual and NormativeApproaches – RGDM PP - Bordeaux ID - bnds-14505 UR - https://www.bnds.fr/edition-numerique/revue/rgdm/rgdm-100/le-droit-international-de-la-sante-et-la-revue-generale-de-droit-medical-quelques-reflexions-sur-la-theorisation-du-droit-mondial-de-la-sante-14505.html SN - SP - 17 EP - 27 IS - 100 JO - Revue générale de droit médical numéro 100 ER -
