Mots-clésNumérique – Intelligence artificielle – Relation de soin – Patient acteur – Responsabilité du médecin –DéontologieAbstractDigital health – from telehealth to artificial intelligence – is reshaping the care relationship along two lines. On one hand, it empowers patients, who gain autonomy, reposition themselves in relation to their caregiver, take control of their medical records, and become active participants in their own care. On the other, while it improves the physician’s practice, it silently increases their obligations – first and foremost ethical ones (independence, attentiveness, evidence-based medicine, ongoing training) – of which the physician is not always aware. This lack of awareness leaves them vulnerable, extending into the realm of civil, administrative, and criminal liability.KeywordsDigital Technology – Artificial Intelligence – Patient Care – Patient Empowerment – Physician Responsibility – Medical Ethics PP - Bordeaux ID - bnds-14518 UR - https://www.bnds.fr/edition-numerique/revue/rgdm/rgdm-100/lusage-du-numerique-en-sante-ou-la-recomposition-de-la-relation-de-soin-emancipation-du-patient-fragilisation-du-medecin-14518.html SN - SP - 165 EP - 175 IS - 100 JO - Revue générale de droit médical numéro 100 ER -
