N2  - Abstract : Le dossier médical du patient hospitalisé est devenu un enjeu majeur dans la gestion des établissements de santé. Son accès, la protection des données médicales nominatives qu’il contient sont protégés, en théorie, de la consultation ou de sa pollution par des tiers non autorisés. En fait, le terrain nous livre une tout autre histoire. Une enquête réalisée auprès de quelques établissements de santé volontaires a permis de mettre en avant les difficultés ou les réticences rencontrées par ces derniers, à respecter strictement le secret médical.The confidentiality of a patient’s medical records has become a major issue in health management. In theory, the access and the protection of personal medical data contained in the records are protected from consultation or modification by unauthorized third parties. In practice, it’s a differentstory.
