N2  - Abstract : La loi du 28 décembre 2015 concerne d’abord et avant tout la politique générale d’adaptation de la société au vieillissement. À l’intérieur de cette loi, un certain nombre d’articles concerne les établissements d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes. Des modifications et des évolutions y sont inscrites, parmi lesquelles l’instauration importante d’une nouvelle contractualisation entre les autorités de tarification et l’établissement, et des précisions essentielles sur le contrat de séjour.The law of December 28th, 2015 concerns at first and before any the politics of general adaptation of the society to the ageing. Inside this law, a number of articles concerns the establishments of accommodation for dependent elderly.
