N2  - Résumé : Dans le domaine de la santé mentale, la Haute Autorité de santé doit examiner le respect des libertés individuelles des patients pris en charge, en particulier en soins sans consentement. L’expertise de la HAS est discutable en l’espèce, en premier lieu au regard de la compétence comme de la méthode. De plus, une harmonisation avec les autres organes compétents en matière de libertés apparaît souhaitable.In the field of mental health, the High autority of health has to examine the respect for the personal freedoms of the taken care patients, in particular in care without consent. The expertise of the High autority of health is debatable in the case in point, first of all with regard to the compétence as to the method.
