N2  - Résumé : Le 20 septembre 2016, 29 médecins de santé publique du système de santé et d’assurance maladie, dont 26 médecins inspecteurs de santé publique, 2 médecins-conseils et 1 médecin contractuel, ont réalisé un bilan du système de santé et d’assurance maladie afin de faire des propositions aux élus et aux candidats à la présidentielle de 2017. Leur analyse globale reprend la définition de la santé du paragraphe 11 de l’Observation général n° 14 (2000) des Nations unies. « Ce qui ne marche pas » dans le système avoisine « ce qui marche ». Ils font des propositions d’évolution du système de santé et d’assurance maladie basées sur des valeurs sociétales partagées et des préférences morales.On the 20th of September 2016, 29 public health physicians in the health system and health insurance, including 26 physicians public health inspectors and 2 physicians advice, have made an assessment of the health system and health insurance system in order to make some proposals to the elected and candidates for the 2017 presidential. Their overall analysis of the system adopts the definition of health of General Comment n°14 (2000) of the United Nation. « What it doesn’t work » in the system approaching « what it works ».
