N2  - RésuméPeut-on partager un secret sans le violer ? Les conditions du partage du secret ne relativisent pas le caractère absolu du droit au respect de la vie privée du patient. L’utilité pour ce dernier face au partage du secret doit être questionnée à tout instant de la prise en charge. Le patient dispose théoriquement de la possibilité de contrôler ce partage d’informations.
