N2  - RésuméLes changements normatifs récents autour des débuts de la vie mettent en lumière un effritement dans leur protection. Cette évolution actuelle est loin d'être à son apogée ni face à ses propres limites. La déconstruction de la protection semble annoncée s'agissant de la méthode CRISPR-Cas9 dont l'utilisation pourrait conduire à terme à mettre fin à la prohibition de la création d'embryons transgéniques dans des perspectives de gestation ou non.
