N2  - Résumé : Alors que l’avènement du numérique révolutionne de nombreux secteurs d’activité, la pharmacie d’officine est à la croisée des chemins, avec l’alternative suivante : • la voie de l’ubérisation, en réduisant le métier à la seule fonction logistique ; • le renforcement des missions de santé publique, non seulement pour promouvoir le bon usage du médicament, mais aussi pour assurer toute une série de soins de premiers recours. De nombreuses études, y compris des rapports officiels, envisagent chacun de ces scénarios. À l’évidence, seule la seconde option est apte à garantir la sécurité sanitaire et à optimiser le service rendu aux patients, particulièrement aux plus malades.Abstract: While the advent of digital revolutionises many sectors of activity, pharmacy is at the crossroads, with the following alternative: • the way of uberisation, reducing the profession to the only logistic function; • the strengthening public health missions, not only to promote the proper use of the drug, but also to provide a range of first-line care. Many studies, including official reports, consider each of these scenarios.
