De nombreux établissements souhaitent utiliser exclusivement un dossier patient informatisé pour de multiples raisons : pallier le manque de place au sein des archives, faciliter l’accès, l’échange et le partage de données, etc. Mais comment intégrer dans le dossier patient informatisé les anciens dossiers papiers ? Comment respecter les impératifs imposés par la loi ? Que faire de ces dossiers une fois numérisés ?Abstract: The dematerialisation of the patient file is a current issue in the health area. Many establishments wish to only use a patient computer file for several reasons: – overcome the archive’s lack of room, – make the access, the exchange and the data share easier. But how shall we incorporate the old paper files to the new computer files? What shall we do to the paper files once they have been numerised?
