N2  - RésuméLe pharmacien dispose depuis quelques années d’un nouvel outil, le dossier pharmaceutique (DP), qui lui permet d’assurer une analyse pharmaceutique plus exhaustive. Il enregistre dans le DP les médicaments délivrés avec ou sans ordonnance médicale. La création d’un dossier pharmaceutique requiert l’accord ou le consentement du patient. Les données de santé à caractère personnel qui y sont contenues sont non modifiables par le dispensateur consultant. Seul le patient a un droit permanent d’accès et de rectification. In this folder, he enters delivered drugs, with or without medical prescription. The creation of the folder requires patient consent. The personal health datas can not be modified by the consultant. The patient is the only one to have a permanent right of access and modification.
