N2  - Résumé : La planification en santé, ou planification sanitaire, commence à couvrir les soins au Maroc au niveau régional, ce qui en fait un levier important pour envisager de construire un système producteur de santé. Si c’est un bon début, elle est en attente d’évolutions. Des propositions sont faites pour déterminer une stratégie publique globale, portant sur tous les domaines d’intervention et combinant l’emploi de tous les leviers de régulation, favorisant l’engagement de chacun, dont les professionnels de santé et la population, dans la recherche d’orientations partagées.Astract: The health planning, or sanitary planning, begins to open the care in Morocco at the regional level, which made it an important lever in order to build up an health producer system. If it is a good start, it is an awaiting evolutions.
