N2  - RésuméÀ l’aube de la réforme du régime des autorisations liant notamment l’autorisation à la certification des établissements de santé, cet article entend susciter le débat autour de la profonde transformation du système de santé. La rénovation du régime des autorisations des activités de soins et équipements lourds ne peut se limiter aujourd’hui à une simple adaptation juridique.
