N2  - RésuméLe concept de « vieillissement actif », résultant des travaux de recherche accomplis au sein de l’OMS, pose les jalons de l’évolution amorcée en France et en Chine de l’accompagnement des personnes engagées dans ce processus. Son introduction dans la pensée juridique participe à la protection de la santé des personnes et à la solidarité intergénérationnelle. L’objectif poursuivi est la création d’un environnement propice au maintien et au développement des capacités fonctionnelles permettant le bien-être (et par là la santé) des personnes. L’interaction des données portant sur la démographie, la sociologie au travail, l’épistémologie, l’ergonomie impliquent une évolution de l’encadrement juridique des personnes en activité avançant dans l’âge. From the legal point of view, this concept contributes to the protection of human health and intergenerational solidarity. The aim is to create the environment suitable of maintaining and developing functional ability that enables wellbeing (and health) in older age. The interaction of data on demography, sociology at work, epistemology, and ergonomics imply an evolution of the legalframework of people in activities advancing in age.
