N2  - RésuméEn 1914, se souvenant du désastre sanitaire de 1870-1871, les autorités politiques et militaires savent qu’on ne peut pas gagner une guerre avec des soldats malades. Aussi vont-elles tout faire pour assurer aux soldats la meilleure hygiène possible et leur éviter de tomber malades. Le Service de santé des armées va, quant à lui, améliorer la prise en charge des blessés tout au long des quatre années de guerre. On the other hand, all along the four years of the war, the French military medical corps worked for improving the care taking of wounded soldiers.
