N2  - RésuméLa généralisation de la réparation du préjudice d’anxiété a été faite à deux niveaux. D’une part, la chambre sociale vient confirmer la position de l’Assemblée plénière en ce sens qu’elle réaffirme la réparation du préjudice d’anxiété à tous les travailleurs exposés à l’amiante. D’autre part, l’arrêt du 11 septembre 2019 présente un aspect novateur puisque désormais la réparation du préjudice d’anxiété est ouverte à tous les travailleurs exposés à des substances nocives et toxiques. On the one hand, the social chamber came to confirm the position of plenary assembly in that she reaffirms the reparation of anxiety’s damage at all workers exposed to asbestos. On the other hand, the judgement of September 11, 2019 introduces a new aspect for the reason that now the compensation of anxiety’s injury is open to all workers exposed to harmful or toxic substances.
