N2  - RésuméL’absence de traitement éprouvé pour lutter contre le coronavirus, associée à l’affirmation de l’efficacité du protocole hydroxycholoroquine et antibiotique, a imposé l’action paradoxale du gouvernement pour rendre disponible ce traitement en même qu’en limiter l’accès par un décret spécial du 25 mars 2020. Différentes personnes ont souhaité en obtenir l’annulation ou, au contraire, sur son fondement, imposer la constitution de stock pour les populations insulaires, ce qui a été rejeté en référé par une décision du Conseil d’État du 4 avril 2020. Cette succession d’hésitations démontre la difficulté, pour les autorités, à agir en période d’incertitude scientifique, prises entre la nécessité de faire la monstration de leur action et le respect des principes éthiques d’abstention en l’absence de confirmation de l’efficacité d’un traitement. Different people wished to obtain its cancellation or, on the contrary, on its basis, to impose the constitution of stocks for the island populations, which was rejected in summary procedure by a decision of the Council of State of April 4, 2020. This succession of hesitations demonstrates the difficulty, for the authorities, to act in times of scientific uncertainty, caught between the need to demonstrate their action and respect for the ethical principles of abstention in l lack of confirmation of the effectivenessof a treatment.
