Il introduit la notion de « garantie humaine ». Cette garantie humaine prévoit non seulement une information du patient sur le traitement algorithmique de ses données dans l’acte de soin, mais aussi l’intervention humaine dans le fonctionnement de l’intelligence artificielle.
