N2  - Résumé L’analyse part d’un cas pratique, recueilli lors d’une série d’entretiens, pour illustrer de manière théorique la notion de discrimination d’un travailleur en situation de handicap psychique. Les  faits, isolés mais non moins emblématiques, sont analysés pour mettre en lumière les arcanes juridiques de la lutte contre les discriminations. Ressort notamment une règle – au fondement pourtant fort – largement ignorée en pratique : l’impératif d’un aménagement raisonnable du poste de travail en fonction du handicap. In fine, la pratique nous renvoie à la théorie, laquelle amène à rechercher des solutions concrètes et pragmatiques.AbstractThe analysis starts from a practical case, collected in a series of interviews, to illustrate in a theoretical way the notion of discrimination of a worker with a mental disability. The facts, isolated but no less emblematic, are analysed to shed light on the legal mysteries of the fight against discrimination. In particular, there is a rule which, although largely ignored in practice, is based on the need for a reasonable adaptation of the workplace to the needs of disabled people.
