Abstract
For several years, the number of premature births has been increasing steadily. However, the care of these children has improved considerably, mainly due to the importance given to the parentchild bond. The recent health crisis has shaken up these certainties. For fear of the risk of contagion, some neonatal resuscitation services have restricted or even prohibited access to parents, which,
legally, is not without questions.
