Abstract
Medical information requires confidentiality. Indeed, the medical relationship between a patient and their medical practitioner is based on trust. This duty of trust dates from the Ancient world, when Hippocrates, in the 4th century before Christ, set this ethical rule. One may then wonder : do all the States have a common vision of medical confidentiality ? We will try to provide some answers through this contribution which deserves to be further developed through another form.
