Le droit médical doit tout à la jurisprudence et à la doctrine, dont on peut écrire qu’elle est avec force créatrice du Droit. Des maîtres ont créé ce droit. Parmi ceux disparus, René Savatier et Jean Carbonnier (il en fut d’autres, ailleurs célébrés) ont témoigné, chacun avec son style, de cette ardeur créatrice. Et puis, on ne nous en voudra pas d’ajouter qu’ils illustrèrent une même faculté…

Medical law owes everything to case law and doctrine, which one can write that it is powerfully the creator of law. Masters have created this right.
