Abstract
Ethical reflection in institutions is meaningful only when suffused with doubt and interrogation.Rather than eliciting guilt, it appeals to a sense of responsibility. It represents not accusation, but rather a call to questioning. That said, it behooves one and all to avoid its being “instrumentalized”
