Abstract
On the one hand, the Buzyn law should make changes by creating a new statute for the hospital practitioner and a single contract. Hospital doctors will also be able to share their working time between the hospital and the liberal sector.
On the other hand, the law extends the reports of the previous reforms : first, it reinforces the integration of institutions within the GHT by pooling the management of medical human resources, then the law moves a little more towards the e-health.
