Réflexion sur l’adaptation du système hospitalier (2019-2020)

Résumé

La crise du COVID-19 de l’hiver 2019 et du printemps 2020 a marqué une impréparation reconnue par le président de la République française Emmanuel Macron, regrettant l’absence de masques de protection des soignants, le faible taux d’appareils de réanimation dans les hôpitaux et l’indigence de l’offre des tests de dépistage. Cela met en valeur une politique hospitalière défaillante que l’auteur met en exergue en s’appuyant sur la réflexion de l’Académie nationale de médecine dans son rapport du 12 février 2019.

Abstract

The Covid-19 crisis of winter 2019 and spring 2020 marked an unpreparedness recognized by the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, regretting the absence of protective masks for carers, the low rate of resuscitation devices in hospitals and the poor provision of screening tests. This highlights a flawed hospital policy that the author highlights based on the thinking of the National Academy of Medicine in its report of February 12, 2019.
