Résumé

La crise sanitaire liée à l’épidémie de covid-19 a mis à l’épreuve la liberté vaccinale, notamment avec la consécration d’un nouveau cas de vaccination obligatoire et la création d’un passe sanitaire. Elle est l’occasion de revenir sur les limites imposées aux citoyens aussi bien en ce qui concerne le choix de se vacciner que le choix du vaccin.

Abstract

The health crisis linked to the Covid-19 epidemic has put vaccine freedom to the test, in particular with the consecration of a new case of compulsory vaccination and the creation of a health pass. It is an opportunity to reconsider the limits imposed on citizens both with regard to the choice to be vaccinated and the choice of vaccine.
