Abstract: The sexual prejudice, a non-material damage, is now autonomous. It has been the subject of a constant evolution of its composing elements. It concours with a wider approval for its compensation. The sexual prejudice affecting female victims is complex, which forces to determine its outline with precision and meticulousness. Should we not consider then a gendered assessment of this prejudice?
