Abstract
The generalization of anxiety’s injuries compensation has been done at two levels. On the one hand, the social chamber came to confirm the position of plenary assembly in that she reaffirms the reparation of anxiety’s damage at all workers exposed to asbestos. On the other hand, the judgement of September 11, 2019 introduces a new aspect for the reason that now the compensation of anxiety’s injury is open to all workers exposed to harmful or toxic substances. Thereupon, this judgement seems to achieve the work accomplished by the Court of cassation in compensation of anxiety’s damage.
